Metode Master resetnya :
Untuk melakukan hard reset, tekan dan tahan tombol power dan lanjutkan dengan menekan lobang reset pada bagian belakang ponsel dengan menggunakan pen stylus selama 2 sampai 5 detik. Setelah itu lepaskan keduanya yang akan diikuti pesan konfirmasi untuk melakukan reset dengan konsekwensi semua data pengguna akan terhapus. Bila setuju maka tekan tombol contact dan untuk membatalkan tekan tombol mail

Resetnya Master Method: To perform a hard reset, press and hold power button and continue with pressing the reset hole on the back of the phone by using the stylus pen for 2 to 5 seconds. After that release both a confirmation message that will be followed by consequences to reset all user data will be erased. If agreed then press the button to cancel the contact and press the mail.
